I own solar panels. Why was I not paid on the usual date in January 2019?

If you own solar panels at two of our sites, MES Port Elizabeth and Brylin, you may have noticed that you have accrued income in December but it has not yet been paid into your account.

The landlords of these sites changed their billing cycles from the 15th of each month to the end of each month.

What does this mean for you?

It means your income has accrued as always but there will be a two week delay in receiving the funds. Your income is paid when the landlord pays Fedgroup, this is typically within two weeks of the invoice being submitted.

If you own other Impact Farming assets, you will receive the income as normal at the end of the month.

Please note this applies to January 2019. If there any other changes, you will be notified via your monthly statement.

You can read more about how we invoice the landlords here.
