Why does it say you already have my ID number on the App? Why do you have my ID number?


If you try to register your Fedgroup account on the App and it says that your ID number is already on our records, it may well be because you are an existing or previous client. For example, if you worked for a company that had a group policy with Fedgroup, we will have a record of your ID number.
