Why does it say you already have my ID number on the App? Why do you have my ID number?

 

If you try to register on the App as an Impact Farmer and it says that your ID number is already on our records, it may well be because you are an existing or previous client. For example, if you worked for a company that had a group policy with Fedgroup, we will have a record of your ID number.

We need to help you set up your Impact Farming account, so please contact us on ifcontact@fedgroup.co.za and provide us with your contact number so that we can phone you back.
