I have purchased assets via the once-off direct debit. Why isn’t my portfolio updating?

The payment takes 24 hours to reflect and as soon as it has been received, your portfolio will update. It does not currently update in real time.

Why can't I pay with a credit card?

We are looking into this for a future release of the app.

I typed in my account number incorrectly and now I can't fix it. 

We are aware of this issue and we do apologise for any inconvenience. If this has happened to you please proceed to the ‘EFT payment option’ and process payment in that way.
