I have purchased assets via the once-off direct debit. Why isn’t my portfolio updating?

Due to the delay between a banking debit order and the time we receive the money from your bank, your assets will not appear in your portfolio immediately. But don’t worry, they have been reserved for you and nobody else can buy them. They will then appear in your portfolio as soon as the payment reflects on our side.

Why can't I pay with a credit card?

We are looking into this for a future release of the app.

I typed in my account number incorrectly and now I can't fix it. 

We are aware of this issue and we do apologise for any inconvenience. If this has happened to you please proceed to the ‘EFT payment option’ and process payment in that way.
