All landlords sign a comprehensive legal agreement with Fedgroup's partner Emergent to purchase all the electricity generated by the panels.
What happens if the building is sold or tenants move?
- Where the landlord changes, the solar lease still continues with the new landlord.
- Where the building is vacant (no/fewer tenants), the energy demand will be minimal, which would influence the rental income earned by the panel.
